With so many health issues in America and with truckers being in an especially high-risk category, it behooves us to make a commitment to staying on top of our health and doing the basic things that will help us get healthy and stay that way. You have heard me say over and over to DRINK WATER. This is the most basic health tip for any issue you may have. You have a headache? Drink water. You have high blood pressure? Drink water. High cholesterol, clogged arteries, water retention issues; drink water! This is the most natural and complete way to get a hold of so many health issues and gaining control over them. We will visit some other basic tips but this week, please start making a daily goal of water intake and keep up with it. This alone within just a few weeks will make you feel ever so much better!
