With summer comes a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables! This is a good time to enjoy a good and balanced diet. Go shopping for your produce and remember that many of the produce makes for good snacks as well as meals. Cucumbers, baby carrots, apples, bananas, kale, zucchini, pineapples, tangerines; all portable fruits and veggies, all very tasty and all very good for you! Once your body gets used to this diet, it will crave healthier foods and you are well on your way to a healthier lifestyle. Our physical health affects our mental and emotional health as well; this is an easy and inexpensive way to get control of all of you!
