Driving is a job that requires a lot of sitting at the wheel. Yes, you have to get out and run in to get your paperwork signed or even secure your load and tarp it; hard work, but then you're back on the road for hours at a time sitting, driving. Remember to take time to walk. Walking is not only good cardio, it helps to clear your mind, stretch your muscles and stay alert. Even just 30 minutes of walking can achieve so much!
