When you’re in the beginning stages of starting the road to a healthier you, rely heavily on your accountability partner. Tell them your goals for each week and follow through with them. Make sure your goals include both your dietary goals and your physical activity goals. Honest communication will help you reach your goals each week. Remember, this is for your health! You will find within a month or so changes like your blood pressure being in a regular range. How beneficial just that is to your heart!
